Project Introduction – A luxury house proposed for a quiet block in Sydney’s upper north shore, boasting seven bedrooms over three floors. The house combines both contemporary style and strategies in sustainable design, with passive ventilation and natural light in abundance.
Utilising the existing ground levels as much as possible, the lower ground minimises excavation into the sloped site, whilst still allowing space for the entrance, cinema room, gaming room, gym and full-size indoor badminton court.
